• Deep client understanding – Apply techniques such as detailed questionnaires and visual tools to identify the client’s needs, tastes, lifestyle, and expectations, establishing a solid foundation for the design.

• Didactic and sensory tools – Use resources within the showroom such as physical material samples, moodboards, and analyses of color psychology, textures, and patterns to guide the client through the creative and selection process.

• Development of Custom Design Proposals – Designing custom furniture and tailored spaces using digital tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Homestyler, among others, allowing the project to be clearly visualized prior to execution.

• Professional project management – Prepare contracts, detailed quotations, schedules, and clear deliverables (such as presentations, technical sheets, and tracking documents) to ensure transparency and organization throughout the entire process.
