ABOUT ME

Mara Sánchez is an architect who graduated from the Universidad del Valle de México, a nationally recognized private institution. Throughout her career, she has developed a particular focus on interior design, combining her technical background with an aesthetic sensitivity that allows her to transform spaces into functional, harmonious environments with a unique identity.

This project arises as part of her commitment to offering comprehensive design solutions, centered on the needs and lifestyle of each client. Her experience in architecture, along with her specialization in interior design, enables her to approach each proposal with a complete vision—from the structural aspects to the decorative details that bring a space to life.

In line with the mission of providing personalized, functional, and aesthetically integrated design solutions, the objectives of this project focus on delivering a complete, clear, and professional experience for every client. To achieve this, specific methodologies and tools are implemented to ensure informed decision-making and efficient execution at every stage of the project.

Deep client understanding – Apply techniques such as detailed questionnaires and visual tools to identify the client’s needs, tastes, lifestyle, and expectations, establishing a solid foundation for the design.

Didactic and sensory tools – Use resources within the showroom such as physical material samples, moodboards, and analyses of color psychology, textures, and patterns to guide the client through the creative and selection process.

Development of Custom Design Proposals – Designing custom furniture and tailored spaces using digital tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Homestyler, among others, allowing the project to be clearly visualized prior to execution.

Professional project management – Prepare contracts, detailed quotations, schedules, and clear deliverables (such as presentations, technical sheets, and tracking documents) to ensure transparency and organization throughout the entire process.
