During the free consultation, we review the project area and the client’s comments to better understand the overall needs. Based on this information, we provide guidance on which service is best suited for your project ( via online or on-site ).
Please note that this is not an interior design service and does not include detailed interior design questions or solutions. It is intended as an initial consultation and project direction to help you move forward with clarity.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST).
We observe scheduled holidays during which the office will be closed. You’ll always be notified in advance of any additional closures, including vacation breaks.

E-design (Electronic Design) in interior design is a remote interior design service where the designer works with you online instead of visiting the space in person.
Here’s what it typically includes and how it works:
What E-design is
E-design allows you to receive professional interior design guidance through digital tools. It’s ideal if you want expert direction but don’t need (or want) full on-site services.
What an E-design service usually includes
• A design concept tailored to your space and lifestyle
• 2D layouts or floor plans (based on your measurements)
• 3D views or renderings (often clean, white-background or basic visuals)
• Furniture, lighting, and accessory recommendations
• A shopping or sourcing list with dimensions and specs
• Clear guidelines for implementation, so you or your contractor can execute the design
How it works
1. You complete a questionnaire and share photos, measurements, and inspiration.
2. The designer develops the concept and layouts remotely.
3. You receive a digital design package with everything needed to implement the space.
4. Revisions are typically included, depending on the service.
What E-design is NOT
• It does not include on-site visits or construction supervision
• It does not include purchasing, installation, or project management
• It focuses on design strategy and direction, not execution

• Projects in different cities or countries
• Renovations, refreshes, or new spaces with a defined scope
• Clients comfortable implementing the design themselves or with their own team

We use Notion App as our primary communication hub for all projects. This helps us keep everything organized and transparent in one place. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out anytime through Notion.

We provide delivery and installation services throughout Bahía de Banderas.
Our logistics process is scheduled as follows:
• The product first arrives at our store.
• We allow 24 hours to coordinate delivery and installation logistics.
• Delivery and installation are scheduled with a minimum of 48 hours, and never earlier, to properly coordinate our team and the client.
Delivery and installation services are included in the quotation, so please be sure to select the corresponding options when requesting the service.
There are several ways to request a quote for the products you’re interested in:
1. Go to the product page and click the WhatsApp button.
2. Add the products to your wishlist, save it as a PDF, and send it to us via WhatsApp or email.
3. You can also visit our Blog and look for the “Business Tip” section, where you’ll find step-by-step guidance on how to request a quote.
