Bring your ideas to life with our Custom Millwork & Furniture Design service. We create personalized solutions for residential and vacation rental interiors, combining functionality, craftsmanship, proportions, and aesthetics to develop pieces that are designed specifically for each space.

Our service may include custom furniture, built-in furniture, cabinetry, closets, kitchens, storage solutions, shelving, entertainment units, vanities, mudrooms, and other millwork elements. Designs can include detailed 2D drawings, elevations, dimensions, design details, material specifications, and 3D visualizations to communicate the proposed concept clearly.

Whether you need a single custom piece or millwork for an entire room, each design is developed according to your space, measurements, functional requirements, style, and project specifications.

Available remotely for clients in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

Please note that design documents are created for design development, visualization, client review, and project coordination. Fabrication, installation, structural engineering, permitting, and construction services are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

Custom Millwork Design

Step 1: Initial Consultation
During our online consultation via Google Meet, we will take the time to understand your project, clarify your needs, and review the information required to move forward with your interior design or architectural design service.

Step 2: Inquiry

Please complete the questionnaire with the information discussed during our initial consultation. To move forward with your project, I’ll need the following: Zillow listing or property photos ,Floor plan of the property, Share your Ideas, Send me your concept along with approximate measurements. Type of furniture (library, TV wall stand, headboard, bar stand, etc.) Measurements (Only-Wall) Photo references or inspiration images, Wood preference (solid wood or veneer) ,Type of wood (e.g., parota, rosewood), Type of finish (natural, painted, or custom), Installation service requirements & Details.

This information will help me better understand your space, needs, budget, and project timeline so I can develop a design that aligns with your vision.

Step 3: Kickoff

We will kick off the job on an agreed upon date. 80% payment will be required to start.

Phase 1: Millwork Layout Design

I will use all information provide previously to create a furniture layout design. You’ll have a chance to review the design before delivery.

Step 4: Design Process

I will put together the design plan and will organize all the digital files.

You’ll have the chance to review and provide feedback. Once we finalize the plan, the remaining 20% payment will be due to release the files.
