• On-Site Project Supervision Regular - site visits to oversee progress, ensure quality standards, and verify that the design is being executed according to approved plans and specifications.
 
• Design Logbook - (Bitácora de Diseño) A detailed design record documenting decisions, material selections, modifications, approvals, and any adjustments made throughout the project.
 
• Technical & Progress Reports - Ongoing documentation of construction progress, identified issues, solutions implemented, and follow-up actions to maintain clarity and organization.
 
• Coordination with Contractors & Suppliers -  Direct communication with carpenters, millworkers, vendors, and other professionals to ensure proper execution and alignment with the design vision.
 
• Quality Control Review - Verification of finishes, millwork details, measurements, installations, and overall craftsmanship before final approval.
 
• Timeline & Milestone Tracking - Monitoring key project stages to ensure deadlines are respected and any delays are addressed proactively.
