Step 1: Inquire
Reach out today for a customized proposal tailored to your property. I’ll need:
Zillow listing/photos of your property
Floor plan of your property
Your budget for furniture & decor
Your timeline for having everything delivered
 
Step 2: Kickoff
We will kick off the job on an agreed upon date. 80% payment will be required to start.
Phase 1: Furniture layout plan
I will use your floor plan to create a furniture layout plan that maximizes the space. You’ll have a chance to review before I begin selecting the actual pieces.
 
Step 3: Version 1
I will put together a complete design plan and will source all the furniture and decor needed to create a beautiful and comfortable space for guests to enjoy.
You’ll have the chance to review and provide feedback. Once we finalize the plan, the remaining 20% payment will be due to release the shopping list with links to all the items.
 
Step 4: Ordering
You will be provided with a detailed shopping list with direct links to all the furniture & decor items.
You’ll be responsible for placing the orders and coordinating deliveries. I provide a 2 week window to find replacements if anything goes out of stock between the time you receive your shopping list and place your orders at no extra charge!
 
Step 5: Set Up
Once all the items arrive, you’ll be responsible for assembly/setup. If questions come up during this part of the process, I am happy to help!
 
End result: A beautifully designed property your guests will love, without all the effort.
 
Additional Details:
This service is ideal for redesigning rooms or decorating spaces from scratch. Please note: kitchen essential, bathroom essential and dinning table stylish are not included. Purchasing manager please ask about this service.

This package includes online purchase coordination and delivery to your designated address. Clients are required to complete the project questionnaire with all necessary information prior to the start of the service.
